I had been planning to start this blog for a while now. I have to say, thanks to a number of really talented sewing bloginistas who have shared their exceptional work (you can check the ones I've come across in "Links"), I could not delay anymore. So here it is... "I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free" -Michelangelo. This is one of my favorites quotes. It is exactly how I feel before I start a project, organize an event, or make something. I can see it clear in my head even though all I'm looking at is scraps of materials. I'm currently have a sewing project in the works. It's a simple pencil shirt. I'll share the details with you soon.
In future posts, I'll share with you a brooch, pottery pieces, and other items I have already made. I have so much to share with you! Until the next post.
